Haaaa, I can't even remember how we used to format these things. At any rate, here is the title for the fifth of December. You probably know the drill. Title for the sixth to follow with alarming quickness because I've left this one so late.

Blah blah various reasons, the website is no more, though I may revive it some day if there's enough interest. We're over at Facebook under "Is a dog," but since this is the original home of the thing, I'm gonna try posting titles here again as well.

NEWS!

international story a day group now has its very own website!!

*ticker-tape*

it just seemed like it was time, and that this is a more elegant and flexible direction to go. we were getting too many participants who didn't want to log into LJ or get an account just to join in. this way we're more accessible. and with our own site, we also don't get lost in (or clutter up) a sea of flist updates, and we're free to branch out to other types of writing prompts in other months of the year (not that we couldn't do that here, but the format makes it sorta awkward) and have more fluid discussions about short stories and writing in general.

i plan to continue to put titles up here as well during december, but please do stop by and check out the new digs, make suggestions, invite your friends... and, oh yeah, leave a story! somewhere, ANYwhere!

it's startlingly easy to find. http://isadg.com ;-) hope to see you all there!

yes, it's late. very late, especially for you other hemisphereers. (um...? yeah, stop it, you know who you are. =p) whine whine i had water heater and work issues to deal with. but know that i am woefully penitent, weeping and prostrating myself before you (not to be confused with prostating myself before you, being female and such), begging your forgiveness or at least tolerance.

and your writinz.

especially your writinz. mmmm. yes, leave your writinz here. your yummy, yummy writinz.

(news to follow very soon; stay tuned!)

i'm sorry lillie is the only one still posting these. that is, i'm very glad she is, i'm just sorry she's all by her lonesome. you see. *grin*

i AM still writing them and fulfilling the "story a day" contract, but i've been doing them longhand. you know, in actual writing.

we're on the downhill stretch now, so it can only get better. see you all soon!

*sigh* well now i'm getting peeved. at least at work, this thing works.

as in previous years, the last day of the month will have a title but will also be a make-up day. i have stories for most of the titles down there (*points*) but no elegant way to get them onto this computer and thus onto LJ so i'll just wait until then to put them up and go from here. please feel free to join me in this endeavor and to scroll back and check the comments on everything at the end of the month. ;)

now, on to sir crockford!

this week, what with me and various of my coworkers spending far too much time either covering for each other or stuck in our own driveways because of the snow, this is your official "story every day or so, and mostly at night, but thanks for playing" group.

i'm working on recruiting an imp to pick the titles for me. that... could be somewhat better or a WHOLE lot worse.

only one way to find out.

i still giggled when it came up. so here it is.
